- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
2. Cancellation Terms
- Before Order Processing: Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are processed or dispatched.
- After Order Processing: Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customized or Personalized Orders: Orders for customized, personalized, or special-order products cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
3. After Cancellation
- If your cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and return procedures (if applicable) will apply.
4. Cancellation by the Company
CHETOLINE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, payment failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
